A complete inventory of all Plant and Machinery is undertaken. These include detailed descriptions of the machinery, together with values. Valuations are undertaken of single machines or complete factories.

Inflation and cost increases in the construction industry often make property prices 'hyper-inflationery'.
In the event of partial or even total destruction of a building or improvement, an accurate valuation is often invaluable. Not only is the structure valued, but also ancillary equipment eg., air conditioners, electrical installations, sprinkler systems, lifts etc., are all taken under review. Site clearing and demolition costs are assessed and any additional cost involved in complying with the latest building requirements are also anticipated.

In the event of a loss, often the trauma of an accident is overshadowed by the time consuming task of establishing quantities, costs etc. We will assist clients wherever possible in obtaining the best claims settlement in the shortest possible time, therefore avoiding costly delays in re-establishing and returning to profitable trading.
